I also installed my cup holder on upside down so I could use it to hold my large glass of water that didn't fit in the hole. Works great this way. We did a lot of research and made ourselves very knowledgeable about far infrared sauna technology.  We spoke with manufacturers from Calgary to New York to Los Angeles. We looked at and studied many models for health benefits, workmanship and support. We wanted our decision to be the most informed and best choice we could make. West Coast sauna met all our requirements.

We have had our sauna for almost a year now. We installed the (Newport) sauna in our basement, and the results exceeded all our expectations! First of all, the sauna fits perfectly in the room we made for it in our basement and was very easy to put together.  Secondly, it is such a great experience and we spend so much time enjoying the sauna! In fact we call it our mini vacation each time we use it, and feel as we can not always get away, the sauna is a great substitute for a vacation.  We have the TV, DVD and stereo. Some times we just read a book.  The time flys, and is always over too soon. And finally, we just feel ourselves more healthy and relaxed. Our friends who come to use it, always call to ask if they can come by again as they enjoyed it so much.

Raised on a farm in the cold climates of Northern Ontario and being of Finnish ancestry, a sauna was a standard commodity in my younger life. Now half a century later and many miles away and years without my own “private sauna” I have finally decided to purchase a Far Infra Red Sauna, a “West Coast” Far Infra Red Sauna. And there are many good reasons. Although my first thoughts were that it won’t be the same as, or as good as the real thing and I was right……………………It’s better!!

The way the heat waves penetrate and sooth is magical. I have found that at the end of a hard day, a half hour in the “Magic Box”, listening to relaxing music, I feel young again (& I thought that I had forgotten how to feel young), the aches and sore muscles from the days toils have near vanished----Now that’s Magical.

Since receiving and installing our Delmar model, only two months ago, I am totally convinced that this investment is probably one of the best that I have ever made.

Not only that but dealing with Carl and Shirley Kingston has been, and continues to be, a wonderful experience. They have responded to our questions and inquiries so quickly and with just the right information and have made our purchase a very easy transaction. If anyone in my circle of friends considers the purchase of a sauna of any sort I will definitely encourage them to give Carl & Shirley a call.

We use the sauna 2 to 3 times per week. It especially works very well after an exercise session - lots of sweating. Our neighbour comes over when she feels achy and says it feels good after a 20 minute session. We are both happy with the unit. It is easy to use and certainly does the job.
